Please help. UK Civic type r with PRB with wideband

I have had installed a US Kpro on my uk civic type r around 3 months ago. Around 300 miles ago i replaced the narrowband sensor with a wideband OEM, but neglected to alter the wiring as i had no diagram, everything was ok until around 2 hours ago when the strangest thing started to happen.

The car now has a strange idle which drops to 1000m rpm, then shoots up to 3000 rpm continously, whether driving or on idle.

This is very worrying as i am going drag racing tomorrow.

The car has a CPL built engine with dropped compression and a Jackson running 12psi crank wheels. Also running 80 shot of nitrous.

I have checked for errors on k manager but nothing comes up. The car still drives fine above 3000rpm with no strange noises. The only thing i can think off is that maybe the ecu has just clicked that a wideband has been fitted, and maybe the erratic idle is a safety feature inherant of the ECU to let the engineers know there is something wrong with the 02 sensor.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Either way i still need a Wiring diagram, if you have 1.

thanks

Alex

Having replugged the UK ECU back in to confirm whether or not it detects the wideband sensor, error Code 41 DTC PO135 has flashed up.

Is this expected with a wideband and PRA Ecu?

We do not have the wiring diagrams, but you can contact CPL and he should be able to help you diagnose the issue and properly wire everything. I fyou did not rewire everything and ran the incorrect sensor, you may have either damaged the sensor or ecu.
