the thing is you can turn the car over but the relay will cut the starter on and off even when I hold the key on to turn the motor over so either the main relay is dropping power or the starter cut relay is cutting the starter out. All i can tell you is that when you go to turn the motor over the starter will go like it is supposed to then stop even if the key is held in the start position. There is also not proper fuel pump function the voltage going to the pump is weak and the ground sides of the main PGM FI relay are weak.

I am using the s200 with a p28 ecu in a 1998 honda prelude with dsm injectors jackson racing supercharger and the engine is built.

Sounds like a dead battery
