B16a frist gen need help

Ok i have a 91 crx si with a jdm b16a first gen obd0. I need to know what all i need for ecu work done with hondata. My current mods are ITR intake manifold, intake,exhaust. I plan to do internals this winter such as higher comp pistons or b20b bottom end. Port and polish, itr valve train and other such bolt on's. i need to know what the best ecu setup is for a street use daily driver but for optimum power. i dont know anything about ecu work or about what i need for it. whats better s100 s200 or s300. i have no idea. so someone please help me. Any of the 3 systems will work great. THe choice is up to you which one you want, base don the available options and if you want to be able to tune yourself.
