Car Stalls on Rev-down

I have a 94 honda Accord with a F22B2 turboed engine. The car runs fine while on the highway and will idle, but when I go to stop and I push in the Clutch or if I just rev the engine the car wants to stall out or will stall out most of the time. Ive check all sensors and the timing and they show good, is there something that I might need to look into in my ECU map that could prevent this or could be causing this?

Adjust ments may need to be made to the idle control slider bar. You may also have to follow the Helms insturctions for properly setting idle as this may also be the cause.

OK I adjusted my IAC duty cycle and that seemed to help out, but now my fuel pressure seems to have sky rocketed way past what it should be. I dont know if moving the IAC duty cycle some how boosted up the vaccum because my pressure went way up causing my fuel pressure gauge to start leaking.

I would recommend using the stock 1:1 regulator.

I dont think the old regulator will work, I replaced the whole fuel system from the pump all the way to the injectors.

There is no reason why the stock 1:1 will not work.
