turbo h22a tuning

just wondering if anyone would be able to tell me where to stat when tuning i have a base map all ready and i just wanna go in and clean it up and adjust it because the tuner only went to 10psi and 7500 rpm its got a ful bile bottom end with je pistons and eagle rods and i have the romulator and the programmer where do i go from there????
