OK, here it goes, I have a K20a2 in my 03 civic coupe and it runs and I got everything to work right except this PO118 DTC code for High Sensor Voltage. Its a LX Model so the ECT pin isnt in the C101 plug pin 9. Its in the RSX engine harness but not in the body harness. I did switch the ECT sensor with the Civic one and it still throws this code. On my Snap-On Solus scanner it shows the sensor reading at -40 degrees farinheit. I have both Factory ETM's for both the 03 civic and the 02 RSX-S and still cant figure out why its throwing this code. The K-Manager is showing 124.2F at all times and doesnt move at all. I tried to disengage the multiplexor just to see if this would help but it did not. Any ideas would be great.

TIA,
Jayson

Ok just tested to see if there is .1 to 4.8 volts coming out to the sensor and there is no voltage at all with the key on so does this mean the ECU is not putting out the voltage its suppose to or is there something wrong with the K-Pro?

TIA,
Jayson

according to your first post you don't have the needed wiring for the sensor..that sounds like a problem.
