s200 box flashing whats wrong?

my s200 box is flashing on and off this is the first time its been hooked up new motor never ran. whatever it is the injectors are not clicking on and off. thanx

You have blank chip and you should contact your dealer for a base map.

ya after a few days of searching and asking i was told that and that it could be 2 other things. it could also be a bad chipping or the connection is bad oh well i sent it back today and the guys are checking it out who installed it. tanx
