Mechanical 02sim with K-Pro?

I have a question. I am currently running the standard JRSC race reflash and a mechanical (spark plug non fouler) 02 sim for the secondary 02 sensor. I am getting ready to use K-Pro and upload the JRSC race .kal for the EP3 civic. Should I disable the 02 sensor all together or just continue to use the mechanical 02 sim after loading the .kal? I have never had a CEL while running the 02 sim.

You can continue to use the defouler on this application.

Thanks for the quick reply spunkster. I am also curious about the k20a3-440cc-JRSC-4inchpulley.kal that comes with K-Pro. Does this kalibration differ from the one I am currently running with the reflash. I read that the .kal's aren't tuned as conservatively as the reflashes are. I am just curious because I will not be able to get the car tuned right away and I don't want to do any damage by driving around with the base .kal that K-manager provides.

While I don't have the answer to that particular question, if you're concerned about hurting the motor, turn on lean protection and make sure flash MIL on knock is enabled. That is basically the two big concerns ... if it knocks / detonates or if you're running too lean. I did that on my N/A setup and went and got a big exhaust put on and got lean cut on the way home. Kinda handy if you ask me!

The reflash was created using a K-Pro. It does not have all the features of the K-Pro as some have been disabled and newer revisions of the KManager software have been released.
