Amtel Chips

Where is a good place to order chips from? Amtel AT29C256 chips. I cannot seem to find them with a order quantity less than 100. I really don't need that many. 
It's Atmel, not Amtel...and one place you can get them is here. Most Hondata dealers would probably sell you one as well.
