You need to get two lobes of the VTC inner piece machined. A good machine shop can do this, but you'll have to do the measurements and work out how much to machine off in order to get 45 degrees (hope you remember what trig is).

am i correct in saying that i want a tsx intake cam and rsx exhaust cam for a turbo engine?
and also does the type s VTC bolt onto my tsx cam

Regardless of if they do or not, the vtc on a type-s k20a2 does 50 degrees of cam rotation where as hondata determined the maximum they felt safe doing on the tsx motor was 45 degrees -- past that and you run the risk of kissing valves.

You must measure the volve to piston and valve to valve clearance anytime you change the cams and/or VTC.
