Full Throttle Shift--How to?

I've searched here and some other sites, and I cant figure out how to get my Full Throttle Shift hooked up.

I know there's something about a clutch switch, or a brake switch, and do you buy one of those from an auto parts store? How do you wire that in?

I also know you have to ground (I believe it is that same switch) at the ECU, but I'm not quite sure which pin.

Anyone have a link on how to do this, or some good info? Thanks a ton!
