Launch Control Issue??

For some reason, my launch control seems to only work when I'm @ part to 3/4 throttle, if I try to floor it lets say I have it set to 3500, It will drop all the way down to 2000 rpms and just bounce from there, no matter what I set the launch limiter to (3500-5000), it gets a bit fustrating when I'm at the line and I have to part throttle to get the launch limiter to work properly then when I'm ready to launch, it bogs. I will try to post a datalog to see if any body can see some thing I'm not seeing. :?: Thanks in advance!!

It still works if you floor it to the limiter. It just takes a harder bounce. I haven't had any problems launching. I part-throttle to the limiter and as soon as I take first, I WOT on it with no bogging.

I've found the problem today, hurray!! It was actually because of the fact that I had the lean protect activated.

Hondata I don't know if there ever will be a way around this, but if I have the lean protect activated; If I floor the car it's reading that my MAP meets the conditons met for lean cut off, I would guess that for programming purposes if an "array" could be put in place in the lean protect program so as not to go in to lean protect if the VSS 'say' is below 1 mph, so that the the launch limiter could work properly. Let me know if you can shed some light on this matter, Thanks in advance HONDATA.
