car still run without hondata box?

well i had my car tuned but recently sold my hondata s200b for money for the s300. currently i have 1000cc injectors and a gm 3bar map sensor so i cant really just plug in a stock ecu. so will my car still run without the box just so i can move it in and out of the garage?
