'02 RSX Type S

This is my first time to this site. I just read all about the ECU programming for my car and will plan on getting it done.
My car is stock right now other than a K&N drop-in.
I plan on adding a CAI later and possibly other mods(not sure which).
My question is, would it make more sense to have my plans
laid out first? Or, should I get the ECU done and then reprogram
if my needs change?
