car runs lean no matter what

heres the problem, i keep getting lean cut. i have lean cut set to 12.5:1 over 2psi, and i cant get the AF below 12.0. If i crank up the car, let it warm up and go drive, i can boost for about 4-5mins, sometimes even longer, but usually i'll start to get cut eventually. if i dont get cut, i'll go datalog, get good AF readings, and add the recommended fuel via lambda overlay (usually 8-10%), upload it, try again, i'll either get cut, or the lambda overlay will say i need 8-10% more fuel, try again, and the cycle continues until i get cut
i was thinking the o2 sensor was going out so i swapped with a friends, thats not it. I have checked all vacuum lines and charge pipes and they are all good, and i dont have a leak by the injectors. i've been having this problem since day1 of the finished install, but it keeps coming and going (more prevalent now). i am using kmanager 1.2.07, i just recently reverted back to 1.2.05 and we'll see how that works.
Calibration and 3 datalogs
here. (why i didnt get cut i dont know)
if you look it says add 15% fuel for those datalogs, usually it only says 8-10%, so i add what the lambda overlay says, go drive again, run 12.5+ AF still and get cut.
also, heres my setup
CN stage 1 kit with 60-1 hifi upgrade
seimens 650cc injectors
NGK spark plugs
stock exhaust
heres a post i have on clubrsx for more info

Can you post a datalog after you added fuel? If the injector duration increases but the AF ratio stays the same then the problem is the lambda sensor, injector or fuel system. If the injector duration doesn't increase then the changes are not getting uploaded to the ECU.
The injector duty cycle is high for the boost level and injector size. This could point to an injector or fuel pressure problem.

I noticed from the datalogs that his ptank was -.7 kPa -- could that mean anything?

There is a problem with the o2 sensor - look at the last datalog. The lambda sticks at 13.31:1 after about 35 seconds. In the first set of datalogs it appears that the o2 sensor is OK. I could be a heat or time releated failure.

A few people mentioned this on crsx, and I cannot speak to guardian specifically, but they seem to think that guardian only uses the secondary o2 sensor... I don't know this for sure and don't understand how guardian could possibly work with only the secondary narrow band unit.
BUT, there's always the possibility that their a/f sensor was bad too if guardian does indeed only use the secondary sensor.
What about the possibility of bad wiring from the sensor on the other side of the harness?

bad wiring would cause a constant problem, not a problem that arises as the car has been driven for a few minutes

hmm
well i drove around for 30-40mins,
at first the car ran like shit, was hesitating real bad and shit, i remembered i had dumped a shitton of fuel, so i took the cn basemap and added 10% i think to just the last 3 boost columns, went out and it ran with no problems until about 5mins ago when it started to rain and i turned on the AC (windows up), then i started getting cut.
heres the datalog from the last 20mins, got some 3rd gear runs in there too

Right... but bad WIRE itself, or wires that are frayed or torn can cause problems when vibrated or heated up.

true, gonna have to check for that as i'm tired of whiplash now and i need to let the car cool down (yes being cut again like normal)

I'm Having the same problem! I've added as much as 22% fuel and it still cuts me off. I've check my datalogs and my AF sensor is reading fine.
One funny thing is that when my wastegate starts opening is about the same time it cuts me. Does this happens to you as well?
Any Ideas?

imo, get it tuned...then you'll know for sure what a/f you are running. My a/f sensors...both of them...just went out on me. primary is stuck reading 10 something...gotta love it. But I'm tuned already, so I don't care.
