How does the consumption of fuel change after s200 installation?

Fuel consumption is related to tuning, not to the type of ECU installed. If you install an S200 system and don't get it tuned, your gas mileage is going to decrease, compared to stock.
There are many reports of people with forced induction B-series engines and properly tuned Hondata systems that see 30+ mpg on the highway.

thank you for your reply.. We are from Belarus and we are very intereseted in Honda Tuning.So we want to know about this system as much as possibler before buying it..

if this gives you any indication , after the s200 installtion there was power increase and get on average another 75km's out of a tank of fuel
