some help on the dyno

is is my stock 1.5 dyno chart
A/f is about 13.7 to 13.4
i question is in timing...
how and where is the best place to start.
i have been play with it.. but getting mixed results.
and if u did mind put it out step by step.
also i will like to have some criticism about the chart...
