had someone install hondata socket, now ecu in limp mode

what can i do about this? anyone have an idea of what it might be? the blue box constantly flashed, i removed the 20pin chip and the J1 jumper and its still in limp mode, wondering if anyone had a clue on this. thanks

basemap worked fine in a different ecu
