kpro communication problem

Hi K familly, i'm posting for the first time.

I just received my Kpro to drive my K24a2 with jdm itr ECU.
While driving in the street and data logging i lose communication with the car's ECU after 5-10 seconds of logging (not even recording) then i unconnect and reconnect the usb cable and it comes back online, then after 5-10 secondes it loses communication again.

Does anyone have a clue (besides bad connection between usb cable and car ecu connector) on what would be the probleme

Or did it happened to anybody else
