Auto tune making completely different fuel map. Normal?

I noticed that through my use of Auto tuning my base map is beginning to look more flat/linear rather than the two hump configuration that the stock map had.

It appears to be accurate on my wideband 1-2% off in columns through street tuning.

Is this normal to see such a variance from stock?

I have an LS with JRSC @ 9psi and RC440 injectors.

Also, how do I go about tuning the areas with super low vacuum or super low revs @ the top row and far left columns? I cannot get my car to stay in those areas long enough.

Thanks

This sounds normal for a JRSC. The vacuum columns will look muhc like the high vacuum columns of an NA tune.

I meant super high vacuum, not super low vacuum.

The column all the way to the left and all the way to the top.

I cannot keep my car a 26 in. of vacuum and tune those areas.

Any tips?

26in/hg is a decel value...

I know.

It is extremely difficult to decel without having the injectors turn off.

What is the recommended way to tune this area, or is it really necessary?

Or should I just plug #'s in there and be done with it?

thanks.
