Weird immobilizer problem

I first got K Pro 6 months ago on my stock PNF ECU. The car ran perfect, I was able to leave the immobilizer on with no problems.
I later put a K20A2 cylinder head on my A3 block, ran the K20A2 CAI kal with the immobilizer on, still no problems.
This past week I swapped in a K20A, uploaded the K20A2 ITR Cams JRRH 310cc kal and it wouldn't start. I turned off the immobilizer and now it starts and runs fine.
All three different engines used the same ECU, both times before I was able to leave the immobilizer on, now that I have K20A I have to turn it off, any ideas?

As far as I know, K20A does not have any immobilizer at the first place...

The K20A ECU doesn't have an immobilizer, but my car does. I also used my stock wiring harness.

Try clearing security and uploading a new calibration.

My kal has already seen the dyno, and a lot of road tuning, should I just clear the security then upload that, or try a different kal altogether?

The K20A ECU does not support an immobilizer, so the immobilizer must be disabled in the calibration.

I'm running the K20A2 JRRH 310cc calibration though.
Another local EP3 owner is having the same problem as me, only he is running the stock K24A2 calibration.

What is the code from the side of your ecu?

I'm not sure, i'll have to go out and check.
If it's PNF A12 or A13 though, that update didn't fix my problem.
