I cannot get my Romulator to run the car, no matter how hard I try. I know that the .bin is being downloaded because I can connect it to my reader/burner and check the buffer and see that it is there.
As soon as I burn it to a chip, it's there and runs normally.
Now what the heck am I doing wrong? The car datalogs with an EPROM, but with the Romulator, datalogging will not even connect to the ECU. This Romulator is brand new too.
Any help? This really makes wideband tuning difficult since I have to adjust, burn, adjust, burn, adjust, burn, etc.
Is anyone local in the DFW area that has a Romulator I can check out or can help me figure out what is wrong with mine?
Thanks!
Mike

You need to try using the software for the romulator from Transtronics. You can upload the program to the rumulator that way and if the car still will not run, you will need to contact Transtronics for technical assistance.
