Hey guys i want to tune on the fly so can i get the s200 with boost option a chipped ecu and the ostrich and tune on the fly? or do i need hondatas other parts such as the romulator or programmer ??

Essentially, the ostrich is a romulator. You can use it to tune on the fly, but you will also need to buy a ROM burner so that you can burn your final map to a 29C256 to leave in the ECU.

will the Ostrich work with the S200? It seems like it should.

You will be better off getting the s300 instead...more features, all software included, and no need to ever burn chips (real-time programmable).

Yeah, i agree with you. But i allready have an s200
So, as far as i know, i belive the S200 does work with the Ostrich, but im not sure. Does anyone know for fact or from experience?

s300 = $595
Romeditor, Romulator, pocket programmer = $560
sell the s200 and buy the s300

Does anyone know the answer that isnt going to try to sell me on some opinion? I understand the S300 is much better, however, i am commited to the S200. I have no need for the S300 if the Ostrich works on the it(which i belive it does.
