tuning for ITR cams in k20a2

I realize that there is an itr calibration with kpro, but I still had a few questions remaining.
1) If I have CAI, race header, exhaust, and kpro running with a tuned calibration based off of say the coldair calibration, and add itr cams to it -- will I get much gains with this cam upgrade and should I start with the itr calibration then?
2) Are the 05 z1 cams the same as the type-r k20a cams? I believe they are from what I have read.
3) If I get gains from the cams -- what area of the rpm range will it be in from your past experience. Will I get much from the cams without raising my rev limiter? I have been basically wanting to stay around the stock rev limit on my type-s simply for more engine life, but then again, I don't have to drive past 7900/8100 on a daily basis, it would just be up to me
