Can someone outline this? Am I supposed to use one serial port?
I keep getting a pop up box stating this should be the case.
I'm confused.
Thanks...

I kept having a pop up box tell me that my datalogging and romulator were configured for the same port. I knew that wasn't the case as datalogging is COM3 and the romulator was COM1. If I hooked one in at a time, it would either datalog or romulate, but when I had both of them hooked in the computer at the same time it would tell me that they were configured for the same port.
I rechecked the boxes in the setup to make sure COM1(serial port) was the romulator and COM3(usb port) was the datalogger.
So, I figured maybe I could only do one or the other, or that both had to connect to COM1 to work, thus my question.
After I've used the system a few times, without making any further changes to either Hondata setup, or my computer setup, it seems to work.
I'm not sure why I was getting the pop up box...
