More flexibility on the display

Post by Hoggy »

To Hondata,

Wish the display feature has more readings like speed or oil pressure etc and can be customized. For example, centralized bigger display for speed and RPM, and the other readings on the side.

If available, I can tap a small video screen to replace the current cluster good for monitoring while self-tuning or trying out new map. It helps to keep eyes on the road.

Thanks.

If you want to write you own display software there is a dll interface for datalogging. Almost everything which KManager can datalog is available. Then you could format the display however you wanted. One condition - no visual basic applications.

I'm no expert in programming. Would love someone to do it and post for DL.

Thanks.

This is the best news by far... I want the info on the dll! I *am* a software engineer and have done tons of C and C++ from unix, windows gui, and even kernel mode code on windows and linux.

So, I'm going to be emailing about header files soon! I want knock count on the display and I want that audible warning on lean so I can let off the throttle and hit the clutch before getting my ASS kicked by the lean cuts ;).
