High Idle, at start, close to 3k what to do?

I have the S200 in a 92 Civic w/ a B18c (GSR). Is this a tuning issue or is there a way can go into the software and set the idle back at stock?

Yes I searched, but do i need a software download to my laptop to tune at home?

So what did you do, doesnt adjusting the throttle stop screw set the idle, thats what I did when I just installed my fully built motor just now.
