Reflash vs K100 on stock Type S

Have an '04 Stock Type S. I do NOT, repeat do NOT plan on doing any engine mods with the exception of a Comptech Icebox. But, the Icebox is doubtful, as I don't want to spend $400 for a gain of like 3 whp.

I'm only interested in re-flashing b/c I've read some feedback that states that the low end feels much stronger after a reflash is done. This interests me b/c it would make it a better daily driver. I have no interest in quarter mile times and stuff like that, but would like to make my ride more driveable for the work commute. I just want some advice on whether the gains on a stock car would be worth the $700 to get a reflash or K100.

The reflash is $595 and the K-Pro is $995. The choice is up to you. With the Reflash, you will be much better off getting a cold air intake instead of the icebox.

Right, I already know that CAI + K PRO is the best combo for gains.

What I wanted to know was if there was anyone who has done just a reflash or K100 (which is diff than K PRO) on a stock Type S. Or if there's anyone who has the Icebox + Reflash/K100 combo done on their car. If anyone meets the above criteria, can you please offer some feedback as to what your FEELS like afterwards. I don't want numbers, I can read all that all day, I want some personal experiences.
