I did TSX engine swap into a 2003 Honda Accord few weeks ago.
I used Accord throttle body and ECU to by pass the DBW. Everything works properly so far *Knock on wood*
Anyway, I'm thinking about using TSX ECU so I can reflash and take advantage of motor fully.
My concern is... do I need to have a dealership reprogram the ECU for matching immobilizer system? or would Hondata reflash be able to by pass the immobilizer? I read somewhere it can disable immobilizer but not sure. or... would K-Pro do the job?
Also is DBW throttle mandatory to use TSX ECU? I believe so but whole DBW setup costs pretty a lot...
