Purchased the Data Logging upgrade for my hondata s200.

When I connected to the hondata and attempt to enter the activation code the serial number is 00000 instead of the actual serial number, is this normal?

So I never got the datalogging to work but now it appears that the hondata is not allowing me to boost. As soon as I start to boost the CEL comes on and fuel shuts off, please help...

Any ideas...
