does hondata come with a base map already in the rom

does hondata come with a base map already in the rom

Just wondering if not having a basemap in the rom would cause the hondata to act weird.

no, it will not work with a blank chip....it will be in limp mode

So when you order hondata does it come with a blank rom?

Unless your dealer specifies that they have burned you a basemap, they more than likely send you a blank ROM.
