Need help to verify ECU

I bought a ECU on ebay and it says on the description Honda/Acura JDM B16A VTEC ECU PR5 OBD-0 1992 Civic SiR & the serial
reads 37820-PR5-J00 & the bottom reads 450-200495 BD. Can someone please let me know if this ecu is a vtec
