what type of injectors do i use

i have kpro and the greddy kit and i want to upgrade my injectors to 550's

what type do i get
high restistance
low resistance

what is peak and hold
and sturated mean

just wanna know what you guys recomend so i can run the 550 greddy calibration

and what is the rc part number if you know

You should get high impedance injectors, which are sturated.

and from what i gathered highresistance= saturated

and low = peak and hold

should i get 12 ohm or 16?

They should only offer 12 ohm from RC for the RSX.
