question about nitrous panel

I'm planning on using the nitrous panel for running my QTEC exhaust cutout. right now i have two calibrations. #1 calibration for closed cutout. #2 for open cutout. the difference in fuel values between the two tables in the column varies from 550 to 650 ..."units" what should i set the fuel enrichment value to?

oh also. is it ok if the output is actually not connected to anything? i'm going to wire up the input arm just like a nitrous application. but there really won't be an output.
