Serious Fuel Problem

Ok I have 1000cc injectors, resistor box, return line, walbro 255pump, aem fuel raild and aeromotive 1:1 fpr. turbo setup.

I am having a very strange issue.

I one day took the car out to do some fine tuning on my fuel maps. I use the lambda trace to see where i need to takeo ut or add fuel

after doing a datalog of a run I pull over and make the adjustments with the car off, I upload the changes and go to do another test run.

and bam car goes lean in boost, went from about 11.7AF before the changes to 13.2AF and lean protection cut. I only adjusted the fuel maps by like 3 percent so no way I should be losing that much fuel.

I undo the changes I made and save and reupload the kalibration to kpro and do another run...

to my surprise it once again goes very lean to the point of lean protection cut.

I checked my injectors to make sure they are firing and they were, switch out the aeromotive FPR to be sure it was working, even switched the 02 front sensor to be sure the stock wideband was working..

and to no avail seems that any changes i make to fuel map have no effect and I go lean, I even added as much as 30% fuel to the maps and I continue to go lean in boost.

Could this mean my ecu is messed up? could it be my fuel pump? i know its working at least sometimes cause the car stays on, would the car even stay on if it was not working? any other troubleshooting I could do to try figure this out? its drivng me insane.

I had a problem like that once and it was the fuel pump. Try to do some changes in your lower power band and see if it takes, that would give you an idea.

So the fuel pump was intermittently failing for you under boost?

I think that may be happening with me.

also what is the PTANK reading for you guys with boost?
