what all do i need to tune myself

I bought my hondata s200b and now thinking about tunning the car myself.
If I wanted to do that what would i have to buy? how easy it is to tune the hondata system,I never tuned a car but I can learn. I have two cars so i won't have a problem with the down time. would i have to go back home everytime i want to change something? I been on the uberdata website and read about something called an "ostrish" can this be used with hondata to tune in the car? how many chips will i need to burn?everytime i make a change i have to use a new chip?( 50 changes=50 chips)? if my labtop was to fail can i make a change on my desktop computer?
