The dyno chart of JRSC H22A 10lb boost is on Hondata's website.
I'm wondering where is the Vtec engagament setting at?
3000, 3500 or 4000rpm?

3000 rpm. Superchargers usually want a low VTEC point. On the datalogging screen shot you can see the injector duration and ignition timing jump a little at 3000 rpm (~13 second mark).
