i am donig a k20a2 swap in my 95 civic. i want to get the #4 reflash but can the be immobilizer removed with a reflash? i've been told yes and no by two differnt hondata dealers.

No the reflash cannot turn off the immobilizer. You will have to get the K-Pro with an engine swap in order to be able to turn of the sensors you will be missing.
