I have the s200 and I am about to hooked up the nitrous control and have a few questions before I start the car.
1: Do you just tap into the ECU wires or cut them?
2: I don't have the programer and the Nitrous control is currently turned off, does this mean the ecu will still have the regular voltage coming from the output?
3: I turned the ignition on and the nitrous solenoid clicked on, I know something is not correct is it becaus the Nitrous control is not on for the hondata or is it a wiring issue?

ok found the answer.... the wires do need to be cut not just spliced. the reason for the solenoid coming on is because the nitrous control is not turned on in the hondata

If you make the connection and you don't have set in the rom the nitrous values (pins in the ecu) you have random on and off in the solenoid, I have this problem before, I change the settings in the rom editor, burn a new rom and all is ok
