NO Chip or Blue Box?!?!?!

Ok, I sent in my Hondata stage 2B to upgrade to the S200 system a while ago and I heard that the car is still drivable but it has something like a 3500 rpm revlimiter and a 1psi boost cut... Well my question is that I sent Hondata my chip as well because they said they were going to upgrade it to the V3. Can I drive the car without the chip at all, or just without the blue control box? Thanks...

your dealer should be able to do that on the spot... and no, you need the chip to drive your car.

Dealers usually can't upgrade your board in the Control box to the S200 system. And since I'm nopt local to Hondata, No, they can't do that on the spot. A dealer with a S200 system and the v3 romeditor then theyh can upgrade your chip to the V3 but since I was sending it all to Hondata then I sent them the chip as well. Well, thanks for the help.
