Why is there vehicle specific flashpros?

Im trying to get a non carb flashpro but the only ones are for different cars than mine, can I buy a used flashpro for a different car?

No, you cannot. It has to be the correct one for your vehicle.

If you don't mind me asking, why? I would be loading tunes onto the hondata for my specific car.
