Euro FK8 P0369

Hello. I have an intermittent P0369 (most of the times CEL triggers on cold starts). Have replaced sensor, nothing changed. The weird thing is that I have also disabled this CEL in hondata menu but it still comes on. ANy ideas?

It sounds like there may be a wiring issue.
