my car is civic ep3 pra europe with kpro v4. I have changed laptop and to the new one i have installed the version 4.6.3 but to the old laptop i had the version 4.6.1 of kmanager. The first time i connected with kpro with the new laptop the kmanager told me to do firmware update and i press ok but from that moment when i plug the usb always says that the firmware in kpro is from a newer version and i have to update my software. i tryed update my software but it says that is the last one. i unistall the version 4.6.3 and install the 4.6.1 from hondata site and it says again the same and the button update firmware is greyed. I have tryed with the ecu unpluged from the vehicle and the same. With the ecu disconected from the vehicle when i plug the usb the green led is on for a second and them turns off and the red led blinks. What else i can do?

I have done it but i have the same mesage again. I have tryed even my wifes laptop with new installation in case that mine have someting wrong. Is there any way to hard reset the firmware and uploade it again? I tryed reset ecu, leave it for 5 minute without power and again the same. The only thing i can do is the test upload and the car is working fine but with 2500rpm limiter. Please help is my daily car

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

I have done it with detailed description. Is there any other way to reset the firmware or to force download the old one?
