hello,
i recently got k-pro for my 2002 base RSX. it worked well for a week, until i put in my exhaust, race header, and hondata IM gasket. now i'm getting a CEL which is caused by 2 errors that i get from the k-manager datalogging feature.
the errors are:
P0122 TPS Low voltage
P1166 Heated O2 sensor sensor 1
i had 3 other people check and go over my IM and header connections, and everything seems to be in the right place. i tried resetting the ecu and the message popped back up. i went to the local acura dealer and they erased the codes, and it popped back up. i tried using my O2 sim, but that did not change anything.
help would be much appreciated..............
thanks.

1. You don't need to go to the dealer to clear codes. In KManager there is an option under the 'Online' menu. Failing that, unplugging the E connector for 5 seconds is much quicker than driving to the dealer.
2. Don't use the o2 simulator.
3. Use the manual to troubleshoot the error codes. TPS low voltage sounds like the TPS sensor is unplugged or a bad connection from doing the intake manifold installation. The heater o2 sensor error is common from after market headers stretching the o2 sensor wiring until the wires come out of the connector. Inspect the o2 sensor connectors under the car, looking at the pins, then follow the manual procedure for the o2 heater wire tracing and you'll find the problem.
