I have a euro civic type r 2004. When I download a calibration I receive a corrupt file and I when I try to upload a calibration I receive the message:
'' Upload Failed''.
I restarted my laptop, and I went to the menu at the top and select ONLINE, then TOOLS, then click on CLEAR SECURITY and nothing changed.
Kmanager is online and ignition is on.
Do you have any suggestions?
KRPO UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD PROBLEM
Is this a new installation?
Don't download from the ECU unless you do not have the calibration file on your laptop. If you do download the calibration, save it immediately, exit KManager and re-load it, check it looks normal, and then upload it.
If you open KManager and load a stock calibration, and upload, then what happens? Do you get the 'Upload Fails' message? If that fails then try to find another laptop and test using that laptop. If you still get the same problem then something is wrong with the ECU and/or KPro board. Open the ECU and check that everything looks OK in there. Check that the screw holding the KPro board in is still there, and that the board looks like it is seated correctly on its connectors. Don't tighten the screw holding the board in as this will distort the board (it should be locktighted). Who did the KPro installation?

Thank you for your quick response!
This is a new installation.
I will try using another laptop.(However, the same laptop worked fine in a previous uploading of a calibration in another ecu with kpro)
I double checked the ecu and the screw that holds the ecu with kpro an everything is ok.
I tried the krpo board to a friend's ecu and uploading works fine. So, the kpro board should not have any problem.
A member of Redliners Club in Greece did the installation, who has installed almost 15 kpro before.
FUrthermore, the green led is on and red led is flashing and the kmanager says its online and ignition is on.
So, what else could be wrong?

I tried another laptop but nothing changed.
What could be wrong with the ecu, since it is working properly without the kpro?
Is there a possibility that the ecu has a problem in communication with the kpro, but work properly for all the other operations?
So, is there anything else I can do, or just give up installing the program?
