Can someone look over this tune and datalog for me?

Hey guys! I've been lurking here since December and several months before that I've been researching and learning about everything that goes into actually making an engine faster, more efficient, and making full use of modifications. I got my 08 Civic Si with the idea that everything would be done myself and that has included learning how to PROPERLY tune an engine. I would absolutely appreciate if someone with a lot of experience could look over what I've been working on for the last 3 months.
stock internals stock head k20z3
Hybrid Racing Intake
Stock headers + cat (<-- going to change to skunk2 alpha asap)
skunk2 catback
lightweight flywheel (but not enough to cause issues.. 8.9 pounds I think?)
"stage 1" clutch if it matters
target AFR at WOT is 13.5. Let me know if I should be aiming richer.
I'm really concerned about the knock count but it doesn't seem to be tied to timing or AFR. I had pulled like 5 degrees of timing with no change, I also changed from 30vtc to 20. I've seen the same knock happen at isometric burn and I've seen it happen at a steady AFR of 13.0:1. It's happening going over: bumps, smooth down the road, downshifting, and I didn't notice it before or it started happening but also at WOT. I pulled a degree of timing at the top where I saw it and no change it still happens occasionally.
The basemap was referenced from an older post here, not directly copied but I started with a stock tune and went from there.
As always I appreciate any input, you can call me stupid if I did something stupid haha. As long as it's good in the end!
