i know that the s200 can go to 11,000rpm, but is there a way to increase it a little? i am experimenting with high-rpm setups in a B16 with P72 ECU, and want to redline at 11,000rpm. is there a way to bump it to like 11300? i dont feel comfortable shifting at 11,000 because there are no fuel/spark past that.

Read the FAQ/help. The tables are mapped to 11,000 rpm, but you can rev to whatever you want; the fuel and ignition will just not change past 11,000 rpm.
