99 hb wire harness arcing guestion does any body know ??????

GSR\dx engine wireharness is arcing (shorting) near the starter causing the ignition to the distributor not work. The arcing jumps from the back of starter to main harness?Some times the car starts when move the wire around then all of sudden no spark?which wires(colors) are problem? I have pic of it and ill show u. Please help?
