Flash pro not connecting

HELP My flash pro did a firmware update then after that it won’t even connect to my laptop anymore and i’m stuck i updated the drivers and everything it gets power with the usb but it won’t recognize it

What is the serial number that is on the FlashPro?
From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?
