Knock Control at 144% (0 knock counts)

I flashed a new tune and the knock control started out at 59% I did a 3rd gear pull from 2500-8600. Im going to preface by saying my Vtec cuts out on long pulls (I get codes p2646 and p2647) Once I reached redline my VTEC cut out and the knock control jumped to 144%. The highest I seen K.retard go to was 12 degrees but 0 knocks where counted.
Mods: Stock intake tube with hybrid racing 3.5inch MAF housing, and a 6 inch K&N intake cone. (Don't ask previous owners monstrosity lol)
Stock headers with cat cut out, and secondary muffler delete.
Tuned using Speed density. Below I have provided the tune and the datalog on my way to work (this is directly after flashing the tune.)
